This is a holding and marketing site for our strategic marketing and content production services. We do not operate an e-commerce store or membership accounts.
Data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to run this website and respond to enquiries:
Contact enquiries: If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and message. This is used solely to respond to you.
Technical data: Server logs may record your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. This data is used in aggregate and is not linked to any individual.
Comments: If comment functionality is enabled, we collect the name, email, and message you provide. An anonymised hash of your email may be shared with Gravatar to display a profile picture — see Gravatar's privacy policy.
How we use it
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis under UK GDPR:
Legitimate interests — to run and improve this website, respond to enquiries, and protect against spam and fraud.
Consent — where you have explicitly agreed, for example by accepting non-essential cookies.

WP Fastest Cache: A WordPress caching plugin that does not process personal data.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising network trackers on this site.

To exercise any right, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office).
Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for its original purpose or as required by law.
Contact enquiry emails are retained for up to 2 years, after which they are deleted. Comment data is retained as long as comments remain published.
Server log data is typically retained by our hosting provider for up to 30 days.
